Case 406 This patient saw Dr. Owens for upper eyelid lift and was diagnosed with a small skin cancer at the inner corner of the right eye. The skin that was removed for the blepharoplasty was used to resurface the area where the cancer was. Shown here before and 3 weeks after surgery. The skin graft and incision lines will continue to fade with time.
