Case 351 - This 68yo had breast implants for many years but over time they became firm and her breast tissue drooped, causing an uncomfortable and unnatural appearance.  She had the old implants and capsule removed and replaced with 270cc Sientra moderate profile silicone gel implants in combination with breast lift.  She couldn’t be happier! Case 353 - This 33yo had implants placed and a periareolar “breast shaping” procedure done 10 years ago by another surgeon but the implants always felt firm and high.  When an MRI showed implant rupture, she came to Dr. Owens for revision.  She wanted a fuller, lifted result and plans were made to perform exchange of the implants with full breast lift/reshaping.  Due to her pre-existing breast asymmetry, a 365cc silicone implant was placed on the right and 415cc was placed on the left. She is thrilled with her full but natural result, shown here 3 months postop.

Case 354 - This woman in her mid 50’s had 520cc saline implants above the muscle years ago that had become firm and eventually deflated.  She wanted a lifted but mature look and to maintain the fullness afforded by implants.  Dr. Owens placed 485cc moderate profile Sientra silicone implants and performed a modest lift, giving her a result that was comfortable for her.

Case 356 - This 39yo mom desired a lift and restored volume and had augmentation mastopexy performed as part of a complete mommy makeover with placement of Sientra 250cc silicone gel implants and reshaping of the breast at the same time as abdominoplasty and hernia repair.
